How Antitrust Actions work

Our commitment: we manage and finance the entire recovery process for your benefit.

Our approach to a successful Antitrust Action: precise organization and determined execution

Our clients rely on our experience and expertise at each stage: during the preparation and conduct of litigation, as well as in the course of settlement negotiations and execution. Our clients outsource to us the vast majority of activities and responsibilities related to an Antitrust Action, including its financing. This enables our clients to allocate their resources to their core business while trusting us to manage the recovery action.

We assist clients from the very beginning to enable them to take an informed decision to participate in our recovery actions. We continue to update them throughout the entire process and provide them with sufficient time to provide their input and to decide on strategic issues whenever required (e.g. acceptance of a settlement).
