Deminor Recovery Services (DRS) is an organisation that defends the interests of thousands of private and institutional investors who have suffered losses caused by fraud, misleading information or misconduct. Values such as access to justice, good governance, transparency, equality and solidarity are the main drivers of our daily activities.
Therefore, offering our services pro bono to individuals who are in a difficult financial situation that prevent them from enforcing their rights seemed obvious to us.
These values inspire us outside of our work environment as well. In a true spirit of sharing, DRS believes that part of the fruit of its activities has to be used in order to support charity projects that are carried out by members of its team.
Pro Bono Program
The DRS Pro Bono Program is designed to help individuals who are in a difficult financial situation and have suffered investment losses.
Depending on the situation, the intervention of DRS could range from counselling to the complete handling of the case, e.g. by funding the intervention of a lawyer.
Those who wish to make use of our Pro Bono Program are invited to contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
